Shipping Rates and Policies
Shipping Information Macedon Sales uses USPS Priority Mail [2-3 days] for the majority of our shipping. We have found this the most cost effective and efficient method for our products. Most items usually ship within 3-5 business days from when your is received. If you would like to make arrangement for another method of shipping, please contact us to discuss those arragnements. Shipping charges are expensive. We will charge you only the USPS Priority Mail fee we pay at the POST OFFICE; any overpayment you incur using our shipping chart will be refunded to you when we ship your order. Please note that a nominal 'handling' fee of $3.00 is included in the shipping charge. We do not intend to "make money" at your expense on shipping fees; in the same vein, we are not able to absorb the expenses by "under charging". Any questions? Please contact us: customerservice@macedonsales.com Some items are "drop shipped" [they are so noted in the description area] and will come directly from the manufacturer's warehouse; this takes from 2-4 weeks after placing your order, sometimes longer, however we will advise of any lengthy delays. Please note that Drop Ship items can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes! Please provide an actual physical address for shipment of these items. Also, keep in mind that ship times on these items are not flexible - the use of express shipping will not expedite your Drop Ship order.

Return information should be included in your order's packaging. Please save the original packaging until you are satisfied that your purchase is what you expected. Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.
