Return Policy & Your Satisfaction

Return information should be included in your order's packaging. Please save the original packaging until you are satisfied that your purchase is what you expected.

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Should your item not work properly or  if you feel the item has been mis-represented in any way from what Macedon Sales has listed:
* purchaser assumes all responsibility for return shipping fees unless you contact us to make arrangements for shipping label(s)
* purchaser responsible for proper return packaging
* please include reason for your dissatisfaction in writing
* your purchase price will be credited to your account or a check will be mailed as soon as item has been received, in good condition, by Macedon Sales
