What is your return policy?
Please contact us for return shipping information and replacement of damaged items; if damage is a result of the shipping & handling please contact the delivery service for satisfaction before contacting the seller. Returns must be made within 14 days of you receiveing your item; shipping must be done in a manner that protects the item from damage and loss. We want you to be completely satisifed with your purchase so that you will recommend us to your friends and neighbors!

How do I exchange or return an item?
Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Be sure to provide proper packaging to ensure the product is returned to us with the same careful consideration we used to ship it to you. Indicate the reason for the return/exchange on the back of your shipping invoice and mail it to the address provided. If purchase is damaged due to shipping, please take that matter up with the shipper. Thank you.

What shipping service do you use?
US Postal Priority Mail  [2-3 business days].  We add a $4.00 handling fee [figured into] your shipping price. 

Will my order be delayed if one or more items is backordered?
Items within an order are shipped as they are available. So, if you have any backorder items in your order, they will not hold up the shipping of the rest of your order, nor change your shipping and handling price.  We will make a concerted effort to let you know should your items not be "in stock" at the time of your order and when the expected delivery time will be. If you wish to wait & have all items shipped at once, please contact [e-mail] us rergarding your wishes.

Can I ship to another address?
YES! On the order form simply click on the link that says "Ship To" next to the appropriate product if you wish to send one or more products to different addresses. If you would like to ship your entire order to another address wait until you enter your billing information and fill in the "ship to" address on this form. The entire order, except those with individual ship to address specified, will be shipped to that address.

Can I order if I live outside the United States?
Anyone can place an order with Macedon Sales with a shipping address within the United States, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. We are sorry, we can not ship overseas, and do not accept foreign billing addresses.  PLEASE contact us if you live in Canada and want to place an order; extra shipping fees are required  [the minimun fee is $20.00; we can make arrangements for your purchase & shipping when you contact us [e-mail is the preferred way to reach us, or  call tool free: 866-917-7091].
